ROLES YOU WILL NEED IN YOUR COMPANY
When you have a meeting:
The CHAIR organises the meeting, decides who will speak next, and moves the meeting to a VOTE if required.
The TREASURER is in charge of finances: organising the Business Plan and keeping the accounts up to date, and submitting them to the teacher responsible EVERY SUPER FRIDAY.
The MINUTES OFFICER keeps a record of the meeting, ESPECIALLY WHO HAS TO DO WHAT BY THE TIME OF THE NEXT MEETING. This officer circulates the minutes to the rest of the group as soon as possible. The MINUTES OFFICER organises the AGENDA, which is a list of things to discuss. This is done in consultation between all members of the group, but especially the MD and Chair.
You have to try to come up with some ideas for the future!!
