Visitors from Saudi Arabia

From the 17^th - 19^th December we were lucky enough to receive two visitors from our Saudi Arabian partner school Al Aziziyah in Riyadh for a visit lasting a number of days.

Mohammad Rassoul and Rania Bdeir (see below) spent their time visiting classes, speaking to students - from both Avonbourne and Portchester - and developing collaborative projects between the three schools. They also had an opportunity to see some of the local sites in and around Bournemouth.

The work that has been planned will, it is hoped, help build closer relationships between our two countries and foster greater understanding of our two cultures. More information to come on this later.
